Embarasssed? I just don't want to lose my time with you anymore. Shounen/Seinen/Shoujo are demography and MAL just put them wrongly here as genre when it isn't one, at all.
Shounen isn't a genre, shounen is just a demography. What you said about Yasashii Sekai no Tsukurikata being Josei is totally wrong and MAL isn't listing it wrong because the manga was published in a shounen magazine and that's how those demographies are identified.
Oh dear I hope I don't disappoint you with my reasons for not rating lol. There's actually a few reasons I don't bother with rating. One, I can never make up my mind and settle for a score haha. Two, people on the forums get really annoying about ratings and will find a random high score you gave to a show they didn't like and use that in their argument against you like it's somehow relevant. Annnnnd I just prefer seeing people use tags to briefly describe whatever thoughts they had about a specific show. I feel that it gives a better idea on what they really thought about it. I try to put tags on a lot of shows, but sometimes I get kind of lazy and don't bother with it or I just write some silly stuff there for shits and giggles.
Since youre planning Blood Sign, please dont be put off by the first chapters, or the first volume in general, it has a rough start, i loved it, but ive seen more then enough people not like the first volume, it gets alot better from V2 onward, and V5 is a genuine 10/10, all the people ive encouraged to read more after the first volume all came to love it
