If you like the typical spookiness of Japanese urban legends, the concept of Yōkai, Slapstick comedy and the occasional tearjerker, then this is the show for you!

I have had a hard time getting bored of any episode. Each and every character is lovely and exquisite to watch and interact with each other, especially the female protagonist, which you don't typically see them being so interesting in Anime settings. I am happy they made her much more than just your average teenage girl struggling to find her place in the world.

Heck, even the side characters are fun to watch.

Story wise, it has it's moments where you're ...

Spoiler
You want to give this Manga a try? Sweet, Allow me to give you a list of all the trigger warnings you will encounter in all of its chapters:

Heavy religious imagery, Coprophagia, Violence both mild and extremely gorey, Pedophilia, And some instances of Rape.

If those did not deter you from wanting to read it still, you're in for some kind of odd spiritual journey. The main protagonist, which remains nameless for the entirety of the Manga, begins their journey in filth, and (SPOILERS) [eventually ends back in it.]

Its a tragic story of how the purity and innocence of a child can be twisted into a ...

Preliminary (3/25 eps)
I tried watching this, sort-of forced to by a former friend of mine back in the day. I was convinced that since it was (and still is) so popular that I would love it. Well, I thought it was bad.

I'll try to explain why.

The setting was really promising and for once it wasn't the typical monster-slaying Anime, but since they revealed so much in such a short amount of episodes, it got boring real quick, and by the time you find out the main protagonist is, in true Anime/Manga fashion, virtually invincible, you can't enjoy much of it.

I also find the Anime to be really ...

Mixed Feelings
Preliminary (5/24 eps)
I will admit that the two things that lured me to try to watch this were these two focal points:

- My special interest for the concept of the Seven Deadly Sins.
- Medieval Fantasy Shenanigans.

So with that kind of mentality, I dived myself into something I expected to adore, or at least enjoy a little. That was a case for the first few episodes. I loved some of the characters to bits, but I couldn't get myself to continue watching the show with the excessive amount of blatant fanservice, (Dirty jokes, panty shots, etc).

There were a few more things I didn't like, for example how poorly ...

What do I have to say, I had no idea what to expect half the time I was watching this show. Every episode something new and exciting and aboslute batshit crazy happened right before my eyes, and it somehow still kept itself coherent to the plot. Speaking of the latter, it does have one, surprisingly.

Every character is unique, Wonderful, and has flaws and other things that makes them so interesting to watch, especially when they interact with each other.

The story is absolutely bananas and when you think it kind of settles down with the insanity factor, it triples it right before your eyes. There's a ...

Kuroshitsuji (Anime) add
Really enjoyable show that I highly recommend if you like those stories that alternate between the 'seriousness' of the plotline and some healthy, side-story fun with everyone. It has some humor too that people might also love that distracts from the occasional woes that some episodes might bring upon the watcher. And, trust me, some episodes will kind of break you, especially near the end.

Art style and animation are exquisite, and every character is treated like they could belong to their own personal spin-off, so it means care was put into fleshing them out. This goes for the 'baddies' too, excluding the really minor ones ...
