Thank you for the compliments! Good news that we will be getting a sequel in January 2024, so I’m glad to see that! I’m glad you enjoyed the show so much, it’s definitely a special one I’ll remember for a long time. The staff indeed did an excellent job.

Malteasers, thanks for your question. I said "real" in the sense that it has internal reality, not that it is totally realistic in the outer world sense. Good anime and good story telling for me includes an internal balance to the story's premise, and this one has that feeling, a lot of it. It proceeds with confidence in revealing the story elements and assumes and rightly so that our interest and belief will keep us "included" in the telling of the story. Some anime blows this chance away by having too extreme of certain elements, for instance, too much mecha superpower, or too much ecchi. That i hope explains the reason for that part of my review.

As for shorter series, that is a command decision made by mangament and can be based on a number of factors, in this case I hope we can get more eventually. So far this series is very popular in japan and that is the first market. thanks again for your comments.

Just to raise a concern about your review for "Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin"... Believable realism? So.. A magic cane that can control actions and what people do is real? A lie detector eye? Well, okay.

Not to say I haven't enjoyed watching it, I just found that your review was a little far'fetched at that point saying it's real.

Also: I think you only get 11-24 episodes in a series because of the currently running series, Naruto, Fairy Tail, One Piece... They all seem to be struggling for viewers because they've been going for so long and it doesn't attract viewers who haven't stayed up to date from day 1, it becomes a task for them to watch, I felt the same when I was watching OP; I think its more of a future proofing plan so they can sell their blue ray discs or DVDs to future customers. It's all about advertising your product to the audience.
