Yeah, Kazuma's a crazy genius. You might've heard that he writes multiple works per year. Well, it's true. He has such an insane work ethic that, even when taking breaks from writing, he STILL writes. Why? Because that's how he relaxes, according to him. He's one of those authors who just live for their work.

That's what makes it so special. It has sci-fi elements, but it's not too heavy on them. There's really good balance between science and magic in the series.

I feel you, bro. Railgun S and T, and a certain part in Index III really know how to pull at your heartstrings. An arc that'll always touch me is the Daihasei Festival. That arc kept me on the edge of my seat as I watched it!

There's plenty of characters to love and hate in this series. I also like how Kazuma manages to make such a big-ass roster of them, and is able to not only flesh them all out, but to balance scenes with them so as not to keep everyone out of the spotlight.

Funny you say that. I myself am not a harem/ecchi person. But with Toaru, I made an exception. Not because it's my favorite series, but because the fan-servicy parts are mostly done for laughs, or at the expense of Touma to emphasize his bad luck. Kinda fitting when you think of it.

Who else do you like? And the bigger question, who do you DESPISE in Toaru?

Yeah, I feel her voice is very unique in that regard and pretty easily recognizable in shows. I like the slight sad undertones in her voice with the contrasting energy she puts in.

I love that song exactly for the pace of it. It’s incredible to listen to different renditions of it look how people manage to do it. Somewhat similar to the first opening of Tonikaku Kawaii. I like it for the same reason basically and the instrumental is very fun as well.

Nope, I haven’t. I usually listen only to Hololive or music from openings/endings, so quite often miss what artists are doing outside of anime. But I did enjoy both of those songs, so thank you for sharing them. I do sometimes listen to KAF, who I believe is part of that group. I liked her songs in Black Clover and Jashin-chan.

Biribiri is fine too. One of the most iconic anime characters ever.

If I remember correctly, Anna has the most "member favorites" among the seasonal girls, so yeah if she wins it's going to be an expected result.

To be honest, I think it's actually believable so many girls in the story like Kazuya. He may be a bit clumsy, awkward and foolish, but he is very active and makes things done, while also being quite empathetic. His haters are probably aren't even 1/10 of a person he is. But at the end of the day, pretty much every anime has its haters, even something like LotGH and Frieren, which can be not to everyone's tastes - sure - but hating it is a quite strange.

By the way, I see you completed Railgun T. Did you enjoy it? Misaki's one of my favorite female anime characters of all time.

Also, it feels like people are voting for Kyouka mostly because they don't want Anna to win, lol.

To be honest that part of the story in the second half reminded me of when my grandmother has passed away and I can only wish I was as good a grandkid as Chizuru was. In the last few years the fact that I could've been better started to haunt me. You know, there are not many people in the world who really care about you, at the end of the day all we have are our families. I guess some are also lucky to have very close friends, but I don't have such friends and I don't even know anyone else who does. When I look at Chizuru's situation like that, I at least can see a great value in Kazuya being close to her.
