berserk is the most overrated garbage manga that people think is top tier but in reality, with is berserk easily the most overrated garbage there are some casual bad taste having losers hyping this trash up like it's the greatest manga ever when it's not even close

it's so corny it's lame the side characters later in the story are so bad as well they're just cardboard cutouts to stand-ins just sitting there not doing anything they are so irrelevant just background fodder the side characters and you know what's ironic here that the manga is known for its violence deaths sexual ... abuse etc but none of the characters from the main cast ever die
The only characters that ever die are NPC's

berserk is just a battle shonen in disguise as a seinen well it has a lot of violence and sexual abuse but that doesn't
make it good though it's not even for kids because of all the brutality I mean come on you know what it is you know why people like this series so much is because they think oh because it's safe to like this is saying this isn't a shonen but it has the same shonen elements though like at the start of the arc and villain is introduced guts meats some characters terrorized by the villain guts fights and defeats the villain and through an ass-pull, it gets somehow connected to the story
if you disagree I'll give you some examples like, the Lost Children arc , the sea god in the Fantasia arc , and that time when they were chased by wyald before the eclipse, and many others

no, it's even worse because of the main character the main character's guts and when it comes to trash character's guts is at the top of his game a boring goofy but I'm still cool failure type of character with a backstory that completely comes out of nowhere and makes no sense In just one chapter he just has this backstory and this is the story is so ridiculous when it comes to his backstory makes no sense um the character gets no character development he has nothing unique about him or interesting about him I guess they thought hey let's give him a big sword that'll make him cool right wrong
guts doesn't know what he is doing and comes off as a moron he thinks he is chasing Griffith's guts and is a typical angry edgy loser who wants revenge yet it's so stupid because instead of getting the revenge he just goes around doing random shit killing random monsters but somehow all the time at At the end of the arc, Griffith comes off doing something around them like in the conviction arc guts was there to pick up Casca from the church and the egg in which Griffith was to reincarnate just happened to be there like everything is perfectly set around guts

that isn't even the worst part of Berserk but it's a story that is not a story but is ass-pull on ass-pull the most important event in the story the eclipse is an ass-pull it just came out of nowhere but the writer realized that it would come off as an ass pull
so he left random info dumps left and right like Griffith had Behelit necklace and that's not it he did so bad job leaving these info dumps about what the eclipse is and what brand of sacrifice was clear from the start and another ass-pull would be when Griffith for no reason rape's the princess and gets tortured for a year why I think the writer did that because he wanted to somehow Griffith to not reach his goal because if he did the eclipse wouldn't happen

and Casca my god was so annoying
at the start when she is introduced she comes off as a tsundere type of character but after the eclipse, she turns completely crazy and loses her memories for which an explanation is never given the writer thinks it is cute but it actually is the opposite and at the time of reading is just so annoying

in conclusion, you should never go near this trash and stay as far away from it as possible you will just waste your time and be frustrated on top of it

the creator of Gantz is back with another one and it's just as weird and over the top so to keep things simple here boy meets a girl who happens to be a porn star they start dating she turns into a giant and starts fighting aliens yeah it makes absolutely no sense but that's the beauty of it it's so enjoyable that who cares I'm just here for the ride baby there's great art and some genuinely hilarious moments mixed in as long as the manga can keep me entertained and that's all that matters and this one has been able to do just ...

Haibane Renmei (Anime) add

Haibane Renmie is a really character-driven story which I love you know the characters are very important to me within the story and this show has some great ones you're introduced to so many different characters that all have their own unique personalities that make you want to learn more about them all of the characters were so likeable and make for a really good slice of life
you know and I genuinely cared about the story here I cared about one character, in particular, who was definitely a great character she was able to make one of my favorite characters of all time ...

Evangelion The main appeal for me when it comes to Evangelion is the dark and depressing nature of the show I love the dark and depressing shit of the show and not many if any do it better than this
the story is great no doubt about it but where this anime truly shines for me and what makes it one of my favorites and one that I deem to be the best in its characters seeing these complex characters with so many layers to them trying to save the world while also dealing with their own internal conflict is amazing these are some seriously ...
