Manga: Liar Game
Both contain psychological battles, and the plots are similar. Art is also similar. I my opinion both are really good.

Manga: Monster
Not too similar to Usogui but terrific story and Superb Villian. Full of mystery and Thrillers

Manga: Kakegurui
Usogui and Kakegurui are both mostly about gambling. Baku (from Usogui) and Yumeko (from Kakegurui) are both addicted to gambling and end up winning almost every game they play.

Manga: Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji
Characters can stake their own lives on gambling matters. Both main characters show to possess peerless intellect, although that does not mean the outcome has always been decided from the start. *Deaths are often very emotional.

Manga: Imawa no Kuni no Alice
Mind games that decide the life or death between characters! If that’s what you’re looking for, I think these are the series for you. The feeling both gave were pretty similar. Specifically, the adrenaline of not being able to predict what would come next and the exaltation or figuring out the ending is why I would put both series on the same stage. Although I would also say that Usogui had a rough start, the pay off was 100% worth it as the level of intrigue became similar (or even better) in later arcs.

Manga: Gamble Fish
The protagonists gives almost the same vibe, they both go to the extent to gamble about life. They are both considered "strong characters". Their personalities are quite the same as well. Usogui is a more "heavy"" manga, while Gamble fish is kind of an easy going manga but I enjoy them both because of the male protagonists.

- Usogui and Kaiji (the franchise) both have gambling as their main plot - Creative gambles that can often lead to confusion or having to read things multiple times - Interesting and smart mc's which aren't overpowered - Both have amazing art that can become abstract at times which makes them even more unique - People actually die (No Kakegurui bs)

Manga: Tobaku Haouden Zero
Usogui follows a fearless gambler participating at utterly ridiculous games, which a big organization created for their fun. Zero is also a gambler, but he relies more on logic than brute force. Perhaps similarly, both MCs are under the influence of antagonistic leaders who prefer domination over others.
