Both series feature a main character who dies and gets reincarnated as a new born child. Because of this you will also see the MC grow up and learn about the new world he is in through the teaching of tutor(s). Also in both series, a unfortunate event happens just after the MC finishes his training causing him to travel around in the wider world and finally truly seeing everything the world has to offer. Because of the intense training both main characters are powerful in both magic and sword fighting.

Both protagonists were living dull lives and died. They were then reborn in another world as a child. They make an effort to change themselves as they live their second life more freely.

Stories about overcoming and bravery that make you want to live and become better and better in your lives. Events which you question your own existence in the midst of serious and conflicting situations. Arts that take your breath away and are unique. Epic forms and postures. Action scenes that are more like outcasts of old classic books. And of course, both have redefined the genre "Isekai" in a brilliant and unique way. Current works that are masterpieces!

Both of them are very similar, main character got transported to a new world, while in mushoku tensei you got "reincarnated" as a bonus

Only similarity b/w them is that both these manga treat women with respect. They are not just to satisfy male mc. They have their own role in the story and both are isekai with magic. Other than that, they are totally different.

Taking another chance at life! Grasping the future within your fingertips! And as the saying goes the world is your oyster! The two stories feature a fantasy based theme. Plot wise one is about the protagonist getting another chance at life, starting from scratch. While the other is more on the side of a mysterious time travel, hence enabling the protagonist to change his bleak future. As the stories progress, it gets deeper and deeper. Mainly because of the alternative paths they take, and the life choices they make.

While Mushoku Tensei might be a series whose fantasy setting is probably the furthest you could imagine from ReLIFE's more realistic world, they both have the same core appeal. You are here to watch the protagonist overcome the demon's of their past, more specifically, their failures to properly integrate into society. If you like stories where the protagonist is given a second chance at trying to integrate themselves into society, attempts to better themselves as a person, and grow thanks to the support of those who do love them, then this story is a story for you.

Both series feature hikikomori/NEET protagonists picking up their lives, trying a second chance by connecting with people around them, both real and virtual (in Murazukuri's case).

The two stories feature a fantasy based theme. This allows them to appear as geniuses and impress everyone. Both also have magical creatures, magic and lots of RPG elements. Very similar in the fact that the Hero sets out to make the world a better place, going on adventures planning for the improvement of the human race.

Guy from our world is taken to a new fantasy medieval world reborn as a younger version/new character. Both have magic, fantasy creatures, and a grand storyline.

Both also have magical creatures, magic and lots of RPG elements. While Re:Monster is more like a RPG game, where they can level up their abilities and evolve into new classes, in Mushoku Tensei they have to train/learn their skills.

Like in Mushoku Tensei (where it is a NEET Otaku), a Highschool girl die and reborn in a fantastic medieval World with all her memories. Daughter of a poor noble, she will start gradually to use modern knowledge to improve their lives ... and maybe the world.

Both are about a fantasy world but "Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu" is about reincarnation and "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" is about being stuck in a game.
