| Im hoping that someone can help me find a few romance animes or mangas about to people who are in love who have to pull together to help raise a child or help while going through a pregnancy. | well, I don´t know if it´s what you´re searching for, but you could read Akkan Baby. It´s about two teenager who get a child. I don´t want to spoiler you something, just a few points: In the first volume the girl has to tell the boy that she´s pregnant and so on. In the second volume it´s all about telling their parents and how they think about the situation and in the third volume (the last) they get problems with the school. It´s really good, you can read it on Mangafox ;D |

| There is a manga called With the Light, by Keiko Tobe, in which a mother raises an auistic child. The only problem is that you'll have better luck finding the volumes at a bookstore (most likely not in the manga section but the child section I think) than anywhere else online. I don't think anyone ever scanlated that manga. Sorry if I don't see all that helpful, but I wanted to let you know that such a manga does exist out there. |

At Borders, it's in the manga section. At least the one near me, but I'm pretty sure it's in that section at Barnes & Nobles too. The books are pretty affordable, $15 for 520-528 pages. Bunny Drop might count in a sorta way (I've only read a bit of the first volume) |

| You might enjoy Aishteruze Baby about a young male protagonist who must take care of his 5 year old cousin who's mother has disappeared. He gets a good amount of help from a female classmate with whom he has an awkward budding romance. This is a manga which also has a 26 episode anime adaptation. :) |

| There's also Baby and Me, about a boy who's mainly taking care of his baby brother after his mom dies (his dad's still in the picture and also occasionally takes care of the kid, but he's at work so much that the brother is really the main caretaker) |
