| Toei Animation announced today that the new anime movie for the "Saint Seiya" franchise is now due for theatrical release in early summer 2014. The movie will be done in CG and the title is "Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary." It will cover the Sanctuary arc and will be directed by Satou Keiichi. Saint Seiya was written by Kurumada Masami from 1986 to 1990 and has since spawned multiple spinoff manga, TV anime series, OVAs, movies, and even stage musicals. Kurumada Masami has taken up the role of Chief Producer for this movie. Kurumada commented, "'Legend of Seiya' started from here!" Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| If the CG is like FFVII and Captain Harlock, why not? With its original creator as chief producer, I hope they don't mess this up one way or another. |

| Zodiac Temple arc didnt need a remake, it was fine as it was, would have liked a remake of Elysium since the fight with Hades, Thantaos an Hypnos were lame at least we get to see more Camus, Shaka, Aiolia an Saga hopefully Toei d put more effort on this movie than what they did with Omega |
