| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  Storming the castle proved to be quite an epic episode. After laying down the strategem with trying to arrange for Yang Duanhe, the mountain king, to meet with the Minister tasked with governing all of Cheng Jiao's affairs, Jie Shi, the countermeasures in place by Si Shi, were put to the test. It was such an entirely suspenseful moment that I found myself like Diao, short of breath and kind of anxious over how they would overcome the 80,000 troops with their 3,000. Regardless, it was all so awesome. Next episode cant come soon enough. |

| That was crazy tense, watching everyone just walking right on in and then Sei making that first hit. And some kind of hilarious to see Shin managing to get up the wall. At least in his case monkey seems pretty accurate. :P |

| Damn they infiltrated the castle by disguising as mountain people. That wallclimbing scene could have been a lot better. It looked so cheesy with the CG animation not to mention how ridiculous it was. Now shit has finally begun to hit the fan! I'm excited to find out what happens next! Great episode, possibly the best one so far. 8.5/10 |

| This is too painful to watch. Sorry I have to stop here. 1) The hero is a complete moron. Always yelling, behaving like an idiot all the time (hey I will yell that I kill everyone in the middle of the city I'm trying to infiltrate, hey I will call the King a bastard in front of the generals, hey I will make a mask and not wear it, .... NO JUST NO. DIE ! You are now at the top of my retarded main character list. I couldn't imagine someone would beat Inuyasha and Natsu but Xin did ! 2) The secondary characters don't make much sense. The old general ackownledging Xin while all the time he just behave like a fucking idiot ... no no no no NO NO ! People having a plan to infiltrate the city but ... in fact the first time they face a closed gate they are like "oh my god what do we do ! !" Really? REALLY? 3) Terrible ... cgi animation? My eyes bleed. BUT ... I'm currently reading a solid book about the history of China and I'll continue to read it. |
| AI ai ai.... guess it's a shounen after all. I still like the cliffhanger driven plot, keeps me watching, but this is just getting too much over the top ; at least try and make it a LITTLE believable. The CLIMBING part wasn't even the worst, once he's over the top he can just jump down??? That should've instantly shattered his bones and killed him, wished they would've thought of at least something there |
| Wtf was that jump up the wall, not to mention dropping down without breaking a few bones. I also don't get how they casually keep lifting their dam masks, especially Zheng! >_> I did like how they brought up that the mountain people weren't saying anything to Diao. |

| Why was Xin walking around with his mask off the whole time? Oh, and two things: first, the anime-esque reaction faces just don't mesh well with the CG art. At least, not like this. It just seems so...stiff. Second, that jump was ridiculous. What the heck was that. Oh, and dat Kugimiya. This isn't a fault of the anime, but her presence keeps distracting me. |

| Um like how? He scaled the entire wall in 2 jumps lol. Honestly felt like they came in this with barely any planning at all. Couldn’t they have brought some kind of grappling hook to climb the walls? Well they didn’t even take the gate into consideration. Interested in how Xin will end up on the ground after jumping down 50+ feet high. |
