| @bloodyshadowz13 @elkensteyin I'm going to move the event details over in this thread and we can post the finish cards in this thread too. I asked TQSH about the event and they said it's okay for us to do a similar event so I'm thinking of starting everything tomorrow because I'm not on my laptop that has photoshop. I was thinking that each card will the size 200x300 if that's okay. Something like that. As for the list of names, I was thinking that each character will have 2 cards, so we can just add our names with a color beside the characters (cards) we want to make. So each character can have 2 cards made by 2 people (each person makes 1 card) or 2 cards made by 1 person (1 person makes both cards). Hopefully this makes sense, if not, I'll try to draw a picture and show you xD After we sign up for names, the least popular ones will be made into special cards. And those special cards are only limit to 25 people per day or something. I'll count the days for the events once we're done with making the cards. Then I'll know how many cards we have and can figure out how long the event will last. There won't be a limit of how many cards you want to make since there are only three of us. I really appreciate you two for helping me out with this event :D Thank you soooo much! I'll try to be more specific with details by tomorrow and make the cards size examples and etc. :) |

I wrote some more things out but it's kind of hard for me to exactly type everything out without all the cards and banners etc. stuff to be done first. So this is kind of a layout of how many threads I want and details for each thread. 1st thread: Rules and Badge Thread - has 3 badges for members to request [Aritan will make] - Rules: 1. Event dates: June # - June # - Need a keep track of points post. 2nd thread: Regular Scouting - Each member can request 1 card everyday (each card = 2 points) 3rd thread: Special Scouting - The first 10-20 members who request each day will receive the card. (Not sure how many people will join so will have a definite number when the event starts) - Each day will be 1 card each member can request. (This way will be easier than to let use keep track who to make cards for) I will also make a big picture showing which cards can be requested on which date. - (Each card = 4 points) 4th thread: Shop This is for members who missed regular and special scouting so they can buy the cards. - Regular Request = 6 points each - Special Request = 10 points each Notes for us: Event will open for 2 weeks straight (14 days) I didn't realize how difficult it was to search for youtaite's pictures, so I decide to only make: - 10 Vocaloid Cards, 5 Youtaite Cards, 9 Utaite Cards - 3 Special Vocaloid Cards, 2 Special Youtaite Cards, 3 Special Utaite Cards, 6 Special Song Cards (Aritan will make the song cards, so no need to worry about those) Since we're only doing 14+14=28 cards total, the three of us will choose which characters we want and make only 1 card for them. All the cards will be the same size like this:  How to pick which ones to be special cards? - If you want to make a special card, tell me how many you want to make and for which set. I'll type it down on this thread so we can keep track. - Since it's a special card, all special cards will have a flower somewhere on the card. Each set has their own star (just save these images and add it on your card) if you need help or not sure how to, ask me :) :    Pink = Vocaloid || Purple: Youtaite || Blue: Utaite The card must have these texts on it: 1. MAMC VocaYouutaite Event (club name and event name) 2. The character's name (You can choose whether to put their name in kanji or English/however you like) 3. Regular/Special (if it's a special card, put special somewhere and same for regular card) 4. Username 5. Whatever else you like As for which character cards to make? You can start signing up on the post above this one to which characters you want to make. ex) 1. Sojiro -- Aritan 2. Kuraiinu -- bloodyshadowz13 3. Aruvn -- elkensteyin You two can pick whoever you want, I'll make whoever is left :) Since there is a limit to how many cards each set will be: Total for Vocaloid: 13 Total for Youtaite: 7 Total for Utaite: 12 Of course you can always add more people on the list if you like :) Once we start make the cards and having all banners and stuff made (which I will do unless you want to make it too) then we can start the event ! :D If there's any questions, ask me! Thank you to them for letting us do a similar event! ( ˃̶ω˂̶ ૃ) VocaYouutaite is Vocaloid, Youtaite, and Utaite combine together.ahaha.. Vocaloid "are voice synthesizing applications," Youtaite "are people who upload song covers, usually Vocaloid songs, Japanese songs and/or songs translated from Japanese, on Youtube and is a fusion of the words 'Youtube' and 'Utaite'" and Utaite "is a Japanese term for people who cover previously released songs and post them on Nico Nico Douga and YouTube under the utattemita category." These are definitions when you search up "what is ___." But hope this kind of help you understand if you don't know who any of these people are. c: When you sign up for the event, you can choose 1 badge. You must show this badge every time you request cards. Each regular card you collect is worth 2 points and special cards are worth 4 points. Special cards are only open every 3 days. It can open anytime during the day (pacific standard time) and there will be a request limit. At the end of the event, there will be a shop for you to buy cards you might have missed with the points you have collected. The event will run for 2 weeks (June 24 – July 8) if everything goes as planned. I hope that's not confusing for you guys. I also want to do Q&A for the special request. Like when the special request opens for the day, there will be a question for members to answer and if they answered correctly, they can earn 1 extra point. But I couldn't really come up with questions relating to vocaloid/youtaite/utaite. Questions like... "What is the relationship between Chalili and Stardust?" I have also created a chart with all the request (but I can't say for sure if it's completely accurate because I hand typed everything and I didn't check it to make sure. It's just to see who requested what. I don't have your emails so I couldn't send a version where you can also edit it. Click this link to see the chart Achievements/Winners?: 1) Collected the most points: 1st place: gets an *achievement badge, a **card maker badge (+2 card from 1 future edition (only in MAMC) from the three of us), & a ***custom card (choice of card maker) 2nd place: gets an *achievement badge, a ***custom card 3rd place: gets an *achievement badge 2) Collected all Special Cards (w/o buying from the shop) - gets an *achievement badge, **card maker badge 3) Answered the most questions from Special Request (1 person) - gets an *achievement badge, card maker badge (from Aritan only) *achievement badge: Aritan will make this :) **card maker badge: this is those badges that gives you +# of extra cards you can request in an edition. If you guys don't want to do this, tell me :) It's fine if you don't want to [otherwise I will include that a member can choose 2 extra cards from the three of us for any future edition (there will be 3 different badges so we won't mix it up)] ***custom card: Member can choose w.e picture they like & which card maker (the three of us) and you will make the card for them. If you guys don't want to do this too, tell me :) It's fine if you don't want to. Otherwise I will include your name in this too If there's any questions, ask me :) Please tell me if you want to do the card maker badge and custom card, cause if you don't want to do it and you didn't tell me, I will still include your name in it.
