| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Wow @ double-headed monster vs. BRS. The main girl and her friends visiting Kotonashi, but her mother not letting her see her. Kotonashi's not in her usual self, but she also gave the bracelet to her friend, which made of hairs? She really uses her hair to make stuff, which was shown in art class. Everyone's really afraid of her. She got mad from what KitaEri girl said that she slapped her. And her friend thought it was counselor who did so. She gave her effect. From the dream, she thought of what goo result for "Kotori tori" end wrote them down. Wow at a person behind her (through curtain). OP single is also releasing (didn't catch up with the release date, though)? The counselor is attacking her because the friend is not here. The art of Takanashi drew which has her with blood. Then her friend is not manager anymore (no one remembers her). Friend telling her there's really another self fighting. She told her that BRS needs to die so that Takanashi would be better? They finally met each other and learned that they are enemies. It's when BRS got her. |

Yomi still seems to be losing it - cutting her hair in class, and all. And her room being totally desecrated. HELL YEAH FOR MATO SLAPPING KAGARGI! If it was up in the air before about the Otherworld not existing, isn't connected to the RL, this episode proved that it is. It looks like Yuu can mentally take people to the Other World. OH. MY. | Great episode,IBRS!! A lot of shit happen this episode. First Yomi broke totally she cutting her hair in middle of the class was creepy and her room.....that mom is useless as hell. Kaguri even that i like her...she deserved that slap,she is nice and all now but that was a bitchy move of her. Saya she is so crazy trying to strangulate Mato and stopping for now...... So it looks like Yuu knows a lot of the other world is she At least we got big info on the other world so as i predicted if you kill someone in the other world all the pain disappears but you also forget about that person. Next episode will be great a i can see it what will IBRS will do and what will happen with Yomi now that probably will forget about Mato?? This is getting interesting!! |

| Oh my. This episode was freakingly awesome. The best one so far in my opinion. It had everything I wanted to see, and we finally got to see BRS kicking some more ass *o*. We got confirmation that the "other world" exists, there's something mysterious about Yuu, and it seems that Kuroi's pain is affecting BRS greatly. It had everything the last few lacked. Anyway, this was 5/5 for sure. |

She uses her manipulation (see: "Counselling") and 'coffee' to scare these girls into developing huge mental issues (See: Yomi) By doing this, she is able to link them to the bodies she 'grows' in the dark world as Black Gold Saw. Black Rock Shooter is able to 'free' these people from their sorrows and grievances in the real world by killing their other-self in the Dark World. When a 'other self' dies, all memories of the person's issues vanish, including the cause, the reaction, and any details. This happened with Kagami/Chariot. Black Rock Shooter (Mato) is slowly being destroyed mentally by Saya's Manipulation, and physically by the other girls in the Dark World. Strength/Yuu seems to have the same link Black Gold Saw/Saya has between the two worlds. This will likely be explained more within the next few episodes. They know about each world, and they can control 'themselves' in both worlds. STR/Yuu sides with BRS/Mato, by trying to help her solve their problems without the use of killing Dead Master. Dead Master/Yomi essentially sides with Black Gold Saw/Saya unwillingly, by giving into Saya's Manipulation. The only thing that's really left unexplained at this point, is that we don't know how Saya and Yuu have control over their other selves in the Dark World. It's quite possible that they've simply had them long enough, and they've linked. It seems like Mato is going to link with BRS, but I can't wait to see how, seeing as how Black Rock Shooter has essentially lost her mind and gone.. well, Insane. I've always wondered how iBRS fit into the universe, and - while this is entirely my own hypothesis - I believe that iBRS appears when Mato is in an extremely depressed/psychotic state when linked with BRS. Either way, I can't way - the cracked star at the end is a nice little nod at iBRS' character symbol, where: BRS = Clean ★ iBRS = Cracked ★ Dead Master = Skull Black Gold Saw = Horned Crown/Helmet Stength = Cubed Fist |

| This keeps getting better; first Yomi lost it and now it seems BRS lost it; makes me wonder wth Saya has to gain by screwing with their heads; or if she is just a psycho with to much time on her hands. So since Dead Master "died" that means Yomi will forget Mato right? Looks interesting, i wonder how the aftermath of all this will play out. |

| finally! it only took an ova and half of the duration of the series, but finally this has shown some potential for this to live up to its hype. tied the two worlds together all while showing an awesome fight in the other world. the only disappointment is that this fight was against dead master and she appears to be dead with 3 episodes left which is giving me a bad feeling that the show is going to revert back to showing the real world for a majority of the time until the final battle |

As if she was kidding! Then she says 'I don't have to kill you today', my god when were you planning to kill her? I was really excited when BRS and Mato finally become 'one' but then seeing her kill DM and her left eye and flame dilating, that was painful to watch. Dayum, looks like BRS/Mato now is the one in despair and suffering. But man, purple flame and red eyes, INSANE BLACK ROCK SHOOTER looks dope! SHIT JUST GOT REAL! Seeing Mato in the real world crying while unconscious was so sad. BRS/Mato, kick Black Gold Saw/Saya's ass with your badass Machine Gun PLEASE!! :D 5/5 Getting so much better, that star breaking at the end was an awesome addition and climax to the episode. xD |

| If you put aside that Saya is a psycho, I think she's a great chara. The way she gets under their skin and breaks their minds is just epic. I still wonder as to why do it and I don't like her but I gotta admit she does great what she does. Yuu is also a questionmark for me. I can accept she became one with Strength and I can accept she was smart enough to get it was Saya all along but what actually happened to her? I guess she was forgotten since she became one with Strength but why did they become one? And what abt Mato's memories? It's just weird. I pity Yomi... I do think her broken heart is a bit exaggerated but dman Kagari is a bitch even if she doesn't try to. Also, as previously said, her mother.... seriously how useless can she be? I still remember the line she had said to Mato when Mato told her it wasn't right and she was like "But that way Kagari is very sad, isn't she?" What abt your own daughter then? It's fine to let her suffer forever as long Kagari doesn't threaten to kill herself? That must be one of the worst parenting ever. Abt Mato/BRS... talk abt bad timing. Fusioned the moment she had stabbed her. That must have indeed hurt a lot and the way they depicted it was rly rly good. The emotions, the change between real world and BRS world, the birth of the Insane BRS and the broken star in the end... It rly was the topping. I rly can't wait to see how it goes in the next epi. And rly can't wait to see kicking Gold Saw's butt.... It's sad it's only 8 epis but it's rly just epic and better have quality over quantity<3 |

| I will always love Dead Master's skulls ♥ They're awesome~ Long story short: Yomi's got broken heart, Mato got into a "fight" with Kagari, Yuu got a bracelet with Yomi's hair and began to suspect something, Saya-chan-sensei is a bad bad woman and she wanted to kill Mato (but [or perhaps for this reason?] I still like her). Yomi RANKED UP - her emo level increased! This is MADNESS! I still don't get the idea what's going on, but maybe (in the end) something will enlighten me. Now I want to see more insane BRS! |

| Yomi is inching closer to becoing a true emo. She's cutting her own damn hair, she trashed her own room, and she comepletely fucked up her painting. All because she assumes she does not have friends. I-uh...UNGHHHH!!! She really needs to grow a pair. She never really talked to other people about this except that counselor, which she should know by now that there is NOTHING refreshing when you come to her. Yomi even REJECTED help from others when she needed it the most! I really want to slap her right now. However, in the end, it seems BRS has killed Dead Master, the lazy man's way of freeing her from her troubles(plus ridding memories of the causes and effects of them). But at this point, I'd say it's pretty necessary. In regards to Yuu....it seems she has been a "spirit" all along in the series, as she went away and everyone forgot about her. She even knows about the Otherworld...which is kind of sudden, since didn't get to know much about her. In the preview, it seems Saya and Yuu knew each other before, so it'll be interesting. As for Mato, it must be somewhat hectic for her to deal with all this drama llama going on. First her friend starts acting rational, then the counselor tries to strangle her(OHHH SHE'S KIDDING! SHE'LL KILL HER LATER~), and now she learns of Yuu being "non-existent", who then takes her to the Otherworld to be fused with BRS. Woo, mindfuck. For Saya, FUCK YOU. I'd love to wrap my hands around YOUR neck. But I will give a benefit of a doubt hoping I'm wrong about you in the end, but messing with middle school girls is just a new type of low. inb4scarringtoddlers. In the preview, it seems we get to see Saya as a High School student(or middle school, I can't tell), who looks very much like BGS, so it pretty much confirms that she is her. For BRS, she seemed to have gotten red flames mixing with her blue becoming purple(Yay, we're learning!), becoming Insane Black Rock Shooter, nice touch to the metaphorical sense of Saya fucking with Mato's mind for a little while, adding her Red Demon flare into her Blueness. Also, the broken star animation was sexy for some reason. Insanity breaks you. <3 In the preview, it looks like we'll finally get to see iBRS and BGS duke it out with each other, and it seems Saya is fake crying once again. Even though Mato is not even conscious to see not hear it. |
