I liked it, the music that plays in the beginning gave the movie a medieval feel for some reason. I liked how bad-ass Natsu looked...so much more different than in the anime since Mashima is doing the Character designs. |

| DAT Animation! I hope that a lot of characters show up, it would be a shame only to see the first main four only being featured. Hope few others get a supporting role as well, at least a scene or two. |

It's compact and doesnt have any fillers. They barely loop the fighting scenes and they have good comedy sense. I hope it doesn't end any time soon.... |

| To be honest, I'm not sure how everyone's seeing it looking awesome, it just Lucy screaming and Natsu doing one of his typical fire punches. Anyways, I do hope it isn't disappointing, I can say a lot of recent long going shounen series movies I've watched have been pretty boring. At least the art/quality should be better... unless they pull a FMA movie on us. |

| Houou no Miko?When translated it means,Priestess Of The Pheonix,along with that...it's a tad bit easy to make a few predictions here and there.But other than that,the movie looks superb.I actually thought it was gonna be based off the newest arc due to Lucy's and Natsu's clothing,but that was before I found it that Natsu and Lucy basically just had a series wardrobe change.But back to business,the movie looks worth watching and it'll be nice to see Natsu and the others animated at their best considering we know how the actual anime's animation is. |

| The animation looked slick. Too early to say anything about the story. The usual threat to the world that will never be mentioned again outside the movie and I respect that. Just hope it wont pull a Naruto Shippuuden movie 4 on us: Through 3/4 of the movie we have Shikamaru trying to stop Naruto from endangering the village. And when he finally caughts up on him: Naruto: "Dont you see? What I'm doing is to protect the village!" Shikamaru: "*face full of shock* Oh no. I am so sorry." And the ending villain was actually misunderstood and was just sad and lonely, which totally justifies the attempt to eradicate an entire village full of women and children. Just gimme a basic premise with clear villains. No stupid bullshit inbetween. |
