I rather just have a season 3 to be honest, Index 2 took a while to get going and I can't help but feel like this will be more Misaka shoved down our throats instead of continuing of the main arc. My anime list |

If this movie is coming out in 2013, then it's entirely possible for there to be a season 3 in fall 2012 covering vol.14-19 and then save the movie for vol.20-22 to end the first Index series. But I guess they would air season 3 first and then announce the movie. Then again, a 90mins movie covering that material will be rushed and probably suck. Guess we'll just have to wait until Oct.11 for more details. Also, NT vol.3 is announced to be released on Dec. 10th. As expected of Kamachi.exe to keep his 3 volumes/year release rate.  |
