| LOL from an outsider's point of view, Natsume, Tanuma, and Taki do look like they're acting out a play or something XD And wow, this season has plenty of creepy youkai. That hammer at the very end. Poor Natsume having his eye hurt whenever near a piece of the mirror. |

| So a searching episode for a youkai mirror. The two students who saw Taki/Tanuma/Natsume digging holes hope they don't start rumors of them acting weird. Taki being moe when Nyanko-sensei came to the school. |

| This time the story is a little different from the usual, although I presume the final will be very similar to those seen so far. In terms of history, it is another important step in the development of the plot, with high-profile implications. Nyanko-sensei is still a key part in the purely entertaining questions. |

| After a lightning storm Natsume runs across Tanuma, who becomes possessed by a youkai. The youkai had been struck by said lightning which shattered a mirror she was holding. A piece of which happened to land in Natsume's eye. Now Natsume, Tanuma and Taki must find the mirror fragments for the youkai possessing Tanuma to leave. But it won't be easy as another, hammer wielding youkai wants them too. Another two-parter, and the Inuyasha parallels continue! :D Just replace jewel with mirror. I liked how Nyanko-sensei just had to assert his badassness by letting it be known he could expel the youkai if he really wanted to. :D And their classmates reacting to Natsume, Tanuma and Taki digging around campus was cute. Ditto Taki glomping Nyanko-sensei. :D My questions are twofold: Firstly, even if they complete the mirror how do they get the piece in Natsume's eye without hurting him? Youkai magic? Secondly, the hammer youkai...what's its story? Could there be more than meets the eye going on here? |

This episode was one of my favourites given that it combined elements of my favourite anime, Inuyasha i.e. searching for the shards with a human shard detector before other yokai - that's basically the plot of Inuyasha - with a really cute bashful romance-hinting scene between Natsume and Tanuma. I think they're adorable... |

| I remembered very little about this episode, I didn't remember that it was a mini-arc. Good episode, now we will see the conclusion with them finding the whole mirror. |
