| The manga and the anime are pretty much the same, but I think the manga has more BL "aura". The prostitute scene was really funny! Hehe, little boy. <3 |
| Hey folks, I was lucky to find an early scanlation of manga chapter 5. I have seen Chinese copies of 6 and 7 online, so I know Japanese raws of those ones must exist. Anyone know of a source in English, French, or Japanese? As for the chapter itself, I loved that it showed Karan's little montage-style flashback of Shion going to the window and sighing every time it rained for those last four years. And you just know Nezumi wanted to protect Shion not just to return a "favour" like he says. I'm not the type to get emotional at all normally but this series really moves me. |
| Thanks, Liinah. Unfortunately it turns out that's also Chinese. Guess I'll just have to wait. But at least the novel chapters coming out each week are better than the manga, anyway. The scene in which they met Rikiga in Volume 2, Chapter 3 is hilarious. xD |
| Nezumi's "I said he's mine and I want him back" was said so smoothly!! XD Does Nezumi have experience with kissing?? Why did Nezumi kiss the prostitute like it was nothing? And LOL, I'm not surprised Shion had no reaction to the prostitute kissing him... ;P I'll take Nezumi's "He's so into me, even an invite from the most beautiful woman couldn't get a reaction from him," as foreshadowing. ;) Nezumi, it's misleading if you don't mean it! xP -> "If you're worried about getting separated, I can hold your hand." WHAT IF SHION SAID YES? Will Shion and Nezumi hold hands in the future?? It's great that Shion acknowledges he's too dependent. Shion is partially lucky he managed to escape the seller who had his gun pointed to his forehead. >< Shion is beginning to warm up to Nezumi… Nezumi believed he shouldn’t trust anyone, but leaving his door unlocked is one sign of that dismantling. I appreciate Karen’s memory of Shion mentioning Nezumi’s name… Shion has always been thinking of Nezumi for these past four years, wondering and never knowing if they’d meet again… I find it very sweet that Nezumi has his rat be the mailperson for Karen and Shion, when he doesn’t have to. :) Nezumi told Shion to throw away his past, yet he’s allowing our white-haired boy to communicate with his mother. <3 |
