The problem can be solved by reading the original novel "La Grenadière" written by Honoré de Balzac... I personally did this way. Some other Ga nimes, unfortunately, don't have any option at all =="

Actually, she wasn't ^^
I don't wanna give spoilers, but believe me, she wasn't.

What can I say... I coudn't judge the plot of the anime, for my Japanese in not that good (I just hope they haven't twisted anything comparing to the original novel). But lemme say that the plot isn't original anyway (=wasn't written specially for the Ga nime). The strongest point is the artwork. I was really impressed and carried away and kept thinking of the amount of work and efforts they had put in it. Yep, it is REAL ART. I thought I got into a picture gallery. Every single detail was worked through thoroughly. This Ga nime is a real masterpiece actually, and comparing to it most modern anime series look like complete trash.
