| @valahanoctis: The password recovery feature is case-sensitive, so the email must be written exactly like in the registration. I didn't see a problem with the email you posted but did he really write it like this? If he writes everything in lowercase it should work. If he's still having problems then he can either talk to me on IRC or you can post here again and I'll send him a new password manually. @zylasty_: I've sent you a new password. |

And yes, the email had J instead of j and the email recovery function is case-sensitive, so it would only work with J, so maybe this was the problem here if you got an error message. |
