| New OP and ED! Finally, in my opinion the last opening was... lame. This OP is a lot better. And the ED, Awesome! really great!. The episode it self was ok. Nothing too special though.. ^^ |

| Up to this point I've been an avid Ritsu x Mio fan but this episode was just like "<3" Ritsu x Mugi is so cute. XD Also I had a laughing fit when Mio's strawberry was stolen. Full of win. xD Poor poor Mio~! |

| Finally, Mugi's masochist side comes out! I really liked Mugi in this ep, for the first time in history of K-ON! Mugi fuc*ed them all XD Really fun episode. And in this ep, Ritsu was like a guy more then ever before :D I thought they were gonna kiss lol That Mugi might fall in love, and Mio become jealous XD She should've asked for a kiss instead of being hit~ (well, she asked for hugs right? :) |

| Awesome episode! I thought it was hilarious, especially when Mugi stole Mio's strawberry, and when Mio smacks Ritsu instead of Mugi. I didn't like the new OP very much, but I felt it was a bit of an improvement over the last one. Perhaps it might grow on me a little, but I still think the first season's OP was much better. |
| Anyone else noticed taht Yui's dream about eyebrows was almost a copy od Azumanga's Osaka and her "ponytail" dreams? Anyway, another great episode. This is so much better than the first season. |

| New OP was alright. Not great, just alright. New ED was just so awesome, it almost didn't suit K-ON. Like it was for a completely different show or something. Mugi needs more episodes so I was really glad to see this one. Sometimes she just seems kind of there. "JUST A MOMENTO PUREEZU!" :D Mio and the strawberry had me dying. Yui's reaction to said strawberry (i.e. grabbing Nodoka and showing the importance of strawberries) just pretty much sent me over the edge. I had to watch that like four times before I was done laughing. |

| I'll start out by saying this was one of my favorite chapters from the manga, and they animated it wonderfully. The OP and ED are the real topic this week in my opinion. The OP is cute and fun to listen to, with nice animation it's an overall fun minute and thirty seconds. Then the ED came along. And SHIT! It took me completely by surprise. It felt so pretentious and hipster. The song was good although the animation was lacking. The colors (or lack thereof) worked well together. It wasn't bad but it was definitely surprising to see something like this come out of K-ON!. (Just copied and pasted my post from another fourm, sorry if it's less relevant here) |

| Quite like the new opening the Ed didn't feel very 'k-on!' though. As for the episode itself I'm surprised how much I liked it even with the major lack of Yui, it would seem Mugi is a better character than I've previously thought ;P Though I must admit I was actually hoping and expecting a slight comeback of Mugi's yuri fantasies from S1. Especially since she went out with Ritsu on what would seem like an average Japanese date, at least in the anime world =P So a little bit disappointed that nothing of that sort happened. Oh and Yui is totally right, if you are offered to taste a pice of someone's cake it's absolutely forbidden to eat from topping unless the person offering it to you specifically say it's ok! The topping decoration is the main treat and should always be saved for last (^.^) |
| I laughed out so God damned loud when Yui went to run all the way to the Student Council room, grabbed Nodoka and ran all the way back to the club room just to show Nodoka that eating others' strawberries is a no-no. xDDD |

| New OP animation is kinda bland compared to the previous 2, and song is average. ED is awesome like usual, and I've been listening to a fanmade 3 minute version of it put on repeat for a while. And I have been waiting so long for the Ritsu and Mugi date episode. One of my favorite manga chapters. The anime made it so much better. Mugi is so silly, but that's why I love her xD When she stole Mio's strawberry and Mio broke down, I laughed a lot. I'm glad that with S2, it feels like Mugi is getting more attention, sometimes it felt like she was just there to fill in space. But now it seems like all the girls are getting equal time. |

| As it was already widely mentioned: new OP & ED!! Yay, more K-ON!! Goodness! That alone makes this episode worthwhile. Mugi wants to get hit... Hum... Nope, thought of something sexual. Couldn't help it. Ahem... anyway glad she got her wish. Damn... Rich people can be weird sometimes. |
