| Re: Cutey Honey The romantic elements take the form of shoujo-ai, so I hope you don't mind that. Maybe Grenadier as well, but I haven't seen it. The lead does seem to be strong and attractive, though. I'm guessing you don't mind ecchi, since you gave Aki-Sora 9/10. You should state whether you want ecchi in it or not, though. |

| I'd disagree with Allison to Lillia, mainly because it sucked not because it doesn't have the character type you're looking for. seconding: Juuni Kokuki, various female main characters finding their inner strength Seirei no Moribito, story is only so-so but Balsa is definitely what you're looking for Spice and Wolf, be prepared for long conversations about economics. extremely good even if you don't understand those conversations though. Tetsuwan Birdy: Decode, this is far better than the description makes it sound. adding: Samurai Champloo, female lead isn't physically strong, but she makes up for it in other ways NANA, the characters are complex but I'd say both of the female mains are incredibly strong in their own way. Seto no Hanayome, action/comedy/romance, the female main characters aren't the leads but they're both very capable of kicking the lead's ass if they feel like it. Princess Tutu, though she's probably too young to qualify as beautiful Kaleido Star, if you like shounen sports anime you'll probably like this, no romance though Slayers, artwork is probably too dated to count as beautiful anymore though FLCL, this is a fairly insane series though |
