So my friend suggested me this so I watched season 1 for that but I just didn't find any single interesting thing about it if you like this anime then tell me what's good about it in the first place?

This anime is garbage, nothing good about it. From plot to character, pacing, music, animation, everything is trash. I don't understand how can someone like this mid.

what i find interesting is that this anime feels like it’s trying to do something special but fails spectacularly. it’s just a slightly above average show. it does everything right but nothing stands out

I do think that Part 1 was amazing, while Part 2 was just a huge disappointment for me.

Ost is dope same as the animation and the final battle was very good too imo everyone whos hatin clearly has no taste. the anime was sometimes a bit rushed so you should read the manga it you want the full experience the drawings are amazing

There was a rumour when S1 dropped going about its a promo for a game or something since SquareEnix is involved.

Its a doujin spawner, and some pseudo fujoshi fuel.

In fact, nothing that great it's just a normal anime
but I really enjoyed it because before i watched it I was in bad mode then my sister told me to watch this anime, I'm sure it will make you feel better (that's what my sister said)
Then I watched it because I wasn't interested in anime
I just watched anime for my sister (my sister loves anime very much) and in fact this anime made me happy when I finished it and I read the manga and I just realized the plot
Drawing and animation is really good
But the characters aren't that cool or something
It's normal that you didn't like it and it's normal that people like it

I like how the animation is sharp and the characters (specially the mc) are rly eccentric.
I also find it very preety, aside from the sharp lines i refered earlier its very colourfull and vibrant, plus i like the time period and outfits they used.
But Just like any show its a matter of tastes rly

I like the whole vampire thing vanitas is a goated character music is great and fight scenes are pretty good too. but if u don't find a single interest after a whole season it just may not be for you

there is no season 2 there is part 2 of season 1 they spilt the seasons in to two Core part 1 and part 2

I think the relationships and character dynamics in show are really unique. and the mystery is there as well.
Vanitas and Noe have a comradary about them but don't fully enjoy each other's company, they disagree on how so many things should be done.
while Vanitas is a realist, Noe is an optimist and they learn from each other in that way.

I like that it is quite unique in it world building, characters relationships, and story line. I like Vanitas himself for his disastrous personality and Noe because of his innocent characters, they make a grate pair and I really like how they play of each other. So yeah it’s possible that it’s just not your style but I do thing that it’s a good series.

Complex Stories are basically sleeping pills . Helps to get some sleep .

What's the point of asking what people think is good about the anime? You've already come up with your preconceived notion so you must be looking for people to stroke your ego and tell you they agree with you, well I don't.

The animation is vibrant, lively, and stunning to see, and at times it even gets mesmerizing. There is never a boring moment in the anime because the characters are so eccentric and interesting. Did I make you change your opinion on the anime? No. Do I give a shit? Absolutely not.

Osts are great (Yuki Kajiura always makes wonderful musics); the show is 'new', like you don't get to see many like this one: It's in France, during La Belle Époque or smth near it, mixing poetry and comedy. It's not the typical shonen for teenagers, without pretending to address to adult audience neither, or going into 'deep' topics or whatever. No it's just pure enjoyment, a show that stands out of the crowd of animes we got the past years, using legends, interpreting the History of a country. You are free to dislike that but you cannot call it trash nor mid.

Vanitas no Karte was done by Square Enix wasn't it? The last couple productions by SqEnix were pretty good in my opinion. If I see their name I'm willing to give that production a shot and see what's what 🙃

The world is really well thought out and interesting. I like that the two main characters have the same goal but different beliefs on how it should be accomplished so they have to learn to compromise with each other. The story has some interesting themes, being childhood trauma and traditional societies refusing to change, even if it’s for the better.

I just like this anime simply because of how fun this anime was for me. You'll like this anime if you like animes with a 19th century setting and background. if i were to point out one good thing about this anime, i think the musics are pretty good, yeah Yuki Kajiura never fails me in terms of OST. as for the plot i think it was kinda okay, not really that special, but it surely is different than the majority of Shonen animes out there. season 2 for me was much better than season 1, the plot was engaging and really fun to watch. you should give it a try if you like animes like Bungou Stray Dogs, Moriarty the patriot, and Pandora Hearts. especially Pandora Hearts since it was done by the same author, you'll get a similar feeling while watching this anime.

It was a huge improvement over the Pandora Hearts Anime which is from the same author. The Anime cuts some things out but is really faithful to the story of the Manga. Anyway everyone have their preference in Anime so we respect your opinion.

I don't know man, I just love the world building on the first Part, while the second Part is mostly just flashback, also I don't like the ending of it.
