| what the fuck. i went into this episode blind, without seeing even the teasers and holy fucking shit i was blown away, this js definitely now my most looked-forward to anime this season. and also Anya is such a gemmmmm, needs to be protected at all costs. the animation was insane, the ed song(idk if it's the opening or the ending song) was great as well. all in all, best pilot this season. my top 3 most looked forward to animes this season are: 3. Papri Koumei(extremely underrated do check it out) 2. Love is War 1. Spy x Family there's also bangers like Dance Dance Danseur and Tomodachi Game which look super interesting and also Shikimori Is Not A Cutie, Summertime Render(really looking forward to this one) that haven't aired yet man spring just keeps taking so many Ws. |
| Thank goodness the adaptation was spot on, I can rest assured now! I got emotional and teared up multiple times in the episode, I forgot just how much of a banger chapter 1 from the manga was. edit: The OST was also so spot on! It really highlighted the emotional moments perfectly ;_ ; |

| The very first scene: That's how Karen's are born lmfao Superb start. All the emotional beats and tonal shifts were nailed. The staff poured tons of love into adapting the premiere, I'm grateful for that and hope the remaining episodes can maintain as much of this quality as possible. P.S. Get used to Anya's shocked expressions xD |

| Heard a lot of good things about the manga. Glad the anime is finally here. I had a lot of fun with the episode tho it felt a bit fast paced to me. Then again I expected every family member to show up in the first episode so maybe it wasn’t that fast. Anya is really adorable. Must protecc. |
| So the journey begins... This is easily one of the most anticipated adaptations. As for me, I was and am really excited. I love the manga so much so this was really special for me. Aaaaaaand it exceeded my expectations! The anime perfectly captures Anya's child-like curiosity, thoughts and her expressions while reading others' minds as well as Twilight's cool, calm demeanor. I absolutely adore both of them! Their character dynamic is great. The action scenes were amazing and the animation was fantastic throughout. Cloverworks and WIT really nailed it. I am grateful to the staff who worked on this. Looking forward to the next episode. I can't wait to see Yor. |

| Fantastic adaptation. The episode was really faithful to the manga and the acting, expressions was everything upto the mark.The VA's also did a great job.Waiting for next episode. Full 10/10 episode..It will probably be the anime of the year. |

| this was one of the greatest adaptations i have seen so far, it was insanely great animated and i actually like anya's VA while in the teasers i didnt, i really want to see the next chapter that is one of my most anticipated |

| Not the most polished premiere for a series so highly anticipated, but it's a great start. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna end up enjoying the anime more than the manga overall, though I'm a bit vexed by the swift pacing and CGI shots. Other than that, the first chapter was adapted quite well from what I remember, and Takuya and Atsumi nailed the characterization of their respective roles in Twilight/Loid and Anya, respectively. Unless if shit hits the whip, this is a surefire candidate for my anime of this season along with Kaguya Sama s3 and Nijigasaki s2, and by default, the best new anime for this season. Looking forward to Yukino's....I mean, Yor's debut next week. |

| at last, Spy X Family its out!!!! i talk a lot about ambience in the scenarios in general and in SxF its no different. it has this calm but exciting ambience that makes you hook to the episode. it already starts showing loid (or do we say Twilight) in action. the breakup scene made me laught a lot lmaoooo Anya reading Loid's mind to get the answers for the crosswork was amazing. the interactions betten her and Loid are funny and cute ANYA DESERVERS THE WORLD AND I MEAN IT!!!!! |

| What can I say, my rating is 10/10 already in the first episode. I waited so long for an anime of this wonderful manga to come out, that when I found out I cried with so much emotion. Ayla my little cutie will light up the hearts of many more people now. It's all so beautiful and perfect! |

| Fantastic premiere, expected this to be good but it turned out great. Really looking forward to more now. I'm already super invested in Twilight and Anya's relationship, loving the shift from the spy oriented atmosphere to the more family oriented scenes. The show gets surprisingly wholesome and emotional which is hits hard. Really like how Anya's influence on Twilight is making him softer. Can't wait for the next one. |
