Railgun is meh. Its pretty boring... but I've seen worse. People seem to love it though. Never quite got why. try to understand the story and you'll know why. It's not really dull but I do prefer Katanagatari and Durarara to be the 1st & 2nd. Anyway I kinda like these rankings. Only that why Ookami Kakushi was on the list? The story is dull... The list for the winter season (and actually for only anime that start in winter, not before). Hence two seasons. |

The figures were decent, but the expectations were that it would be the best anime of winter season (and I agree, despite not having watched all of them, but I think I've watched most of the better ones).
