Does they have any progress in manga or they just same as now like Vanitas teasing and jeanne blushing??(spoilers are fine)

Ratings doesn't matter only enjoyment does.
Masterpiece or mid, generic or fresh,best or worst are all subjective
Eren is goat,and aot is still a masterpiece (eg.subjective opinion)

Their relationship is not front and center main focus of the story, but it progresses. Just slowly.

Their relationship is the most developed one, they already like each other but they haven't confessed to each other anytime soon. Sadly romance is just a interlude and not the main focus of the story.

The Manga is currently in the middle of a big confrontation/battle. It will likely be addressed once this is over

Their big development is coming, but not in this cour. The second cour will be the longest arc yet and so many things will happen. I can't wait to see it on the anime

me too I'm also excited for that,that's the only reason I didn't start reading manga

Yes, that's what I'm also thinking.

I really prefer Noe and Dominique, although they got their problems too and all, but so far I like them and prefer them a lot over Vanitas and Jeanne or any other ship you can think of.

I'm still not sold on Vanitas x Jeanne, but it gets a lot better once they confessed that they loved each other imo. But considering the state of the manga, it will end in heartbreak.

And yeah, I would like to see more Noe x Dominique moments.
