| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Jeezus, no matter what these men do, they cannot catch a break. At the beginning of the chapter, they are surrounded by the daikan and his men. They are arrested and accused of murdering a prominent local family. The so called witness is one of the daikan's men and he let it slip that he was full of shit. George catches his mistake and tries to defend his case, but they sentence them to death and plan to hang them the next day. George and King come up with a plan to break out and make a run for it. They manage to fight and kill their way out. Even though they get chased, they manage to completely get away. King decides he's going to go back and find out who the real culprit is, but he doesn't want George to come with him. So King knocks out George and hides him somewhere that he'll be safe until he wakes up. King is too much of softy if we're being real. He can't stand injustice after what he's been through, but that type of behavior is going to get him killed. Especially in a country that he has no knowledge of and the people have never seen a man like him before. He sticks out too much. |
