| When I started watching I thought its gonna be typical sad romance, would have never guessed there are actual demons and so much supernatural in this show. I kinda dislike it. Expected romance drama and got supernatural fantasy harem...feel kinda cheated. Meh:C |
| This is well done. I can see that KyoAni decided to delve more in depth into Yuuichi's past with Mai unlike the 2002 version. (Predictions based on viewing the vaguely-defined 2002 version) His training also seems more legitimate in this version here, having more screentime to do so and less of a rush. I am glad that they leveled-up the demons in this remake, plus making it more surreal and realistic that they appear invisibly unlike the 2002 Toei version. Hence, it would not be incorrect to say that the 2006 version owns the 2002 version in all aspects for Mai's arc. Makoto's arc in the 2002 had its props, though. minouneetzoe said: A lot of action, weird for that kind of anime but I don't really care. My guess is that these ''demon'' are somehow representation of Mai regret or repressed feeling. She doesn't seem to remember Yuuichi and him doesn't remember her too. I really want to know what happened between them in the past. Great guess here. |

| Yuuichi anata dare? Mai and Nayuki are best girls ;] btw Sayuri is similar to Yukine from Clannad and Mai is half lika Kotomi and half like Tomoyo, maybe this is why I like her but Nayuki also got some side of Kotomi anyway this arc is great :D way better than last one ;] |

| question: How dumb are these student council kids. Firstly Mai’s friend legit get slammed by some unknown force into a wall as well some some tables were smashed before Mai did anything and they are worried about the fucking glass? Are these kids fucking brain dead. |

| did not expect this show to have a bit of action, but I'm not complaining. the demons seem to dislike people who are friends with Mai. They hurt Sayuri on previous episode.. I'm sure Mai would like the giant stuffed toy they got for her. :) scared Ayu is kawaii. >< |
| I guess Mai's arc is picking up. I'm still curious as to how Mai knows things she normally wouldn't, like the location of Makoto from the previous arc or exactly how many demons there are. Kinda strange. |
| From what we know of Mai so far, there's probably "five hundred" or more demons instead of just "five" as she shows from her hand Damn that bombshell though, is Yuuichi not a "resident" of this town or something |
