Looking for decent/longer lengths yaoi mangas along the lines of

-Junjou Romantica
-Sekaiichi Hatsukoi
- Love Stage

Perhaps you could try other works from Mikiyo Tsuda (shōjo pen-name)/Taishi Zaō (yaoi/yuri pen-name), with or without Eiki Eiki. They are globally similar in their style, I enjoyed all of her works that I read so far (I've mostly read her shōjo/yuri works though, and only one yaoi beside Love Stage). But she mostly do one-shot volumes.
And I dunno if your manga list is complete: but the manga version of Love Stage is a little better and far longer than the anime.

Beside that, I have niche tastes concerning yaoi and I don't think they will fit what you want, but still, here my fav' with a decent length:

First, the otokonoko yaoi, meaning with cross-dressing:
Prunus Girl (6 volumes)
Reversible! (3 volumes)

Prunus Girl is my fav' rom-com manga, by far. But since one of the two guys is a full-time cross-dresser, it don't give much of yaoi vibes.
Reversible! is not a full-time cross-dressing, so it have far more yaoi vibes than Prunus. The romance part is subtle, but good.

And some tragedy yaoi, because tragedy is fun:
Thomas no Shinzou (3 volumes)
Tokyo Babylon (7 volumes)

The first one is from Moto Hagio, the second from CLAMP, so of course they are excellent.
Thomas is one the first yaoi manga published. Great and deep plot and characters. The story is definitely dark, with a lot of Christian references. For a tragedy is not a bad ending in fact, it's a bitter-sweet ending.

Concerning Tokyo, Subaru x Seishirō is my fav' pairing, I love their story, their relationship. The story is a mixture between mystery/yaoi, not a romance only story.
The ending is your usual tragedy ending, and it's conclusive for a tragedy and you can stop here. But if you wish to depress yourself even more, their story continue into X. X isn't at all oriented into romance, but it's inside it where you'll find the definitive conclusion about the relationship between Subaru and Seishirō. It's both horrible and glorious. \o/

So, that was my recommendations which (probably) don't fit what you want. :p
I hope other members will be able to give you more standard yaoi.
