 A scan of the upcoming issue of seinen magazine Ultra Jump, to be released on October 19, has revealed that the American web series RWBY will be getting a manga adaptation by Shirow Miwa, the creator of Dogs: Bullets & Carnage.The manga series will launch on November 19 as part of the 20th anniversary project of the magazine. An artist's illustration file will come together with the series' debut. RWBY is an anime-styled web series created by American animator Monty Oum. It was licensed for release in Japan and received a Japanese dubbed version. The episodes will be shown in six Japanese theaters from November 14. | Anime, animation - meh what's the difference? It's not like as this work is the only one that has this debate. As long as the art style is similar to those of Japanese works then it's one in my books in terms of my own definitions. But I'm definitely interested in reading the manga. I wonder how the mangaka will draw out the action scenes, especially the weapons & their transformations. |

| I'm undecided on whether I'll read the manga. On one hand, the art should be better and I'd like to see what it will look like. But on the other hand, if the story is going to be the same I'm not really interested as I thought it could have been better than it was. |
