| This show went off the rails with this ep, lol, and I loved it. So this ep in a nutshell: Saving the Earth by cooking bad food for the principal. And lol, at the foodgasm. Shokugeki no Souma must be setting new standards. It wouldn't surprise me if a something resembling a foodgasm whenever I see people cooking in a comedy anime from now on, and I'm cool with it as long as it's limited to just one or two scenes. |
| The beginning was not so funny, fortunayely the second part was clearly better. I liked the reference to "Shokugeki no Souma". |

| This was so weird. I didn't like the last few minutes. Basically, torture. Well, I wouldn't have minded it if it was purely comedy, but since they went as far as showing the panicking world and all, I came to dislike it. |

| I'm way waaaay behind in posting this, and I meant to make this post a lot sooner, but repeatedly forgot to do so. But when I watched this episode about a month ago, as I started seeing the asteroid make a sudden 40-degree deflection, I chuckled and scoffed while thinking to myself "ha, as if a celestial object could make such an abrupt change in trajectory" But no sooner did I finish that thought when it then made an even more jarring 140-degree turn and picked up speed, zooming directly away from Earth, completely opposite the direction of it's incoming course. At that point, I just totally lost it and literally laughed out loud hard. If I'd been drinking at the time, I'm sure I would have spit some of it out and had a mess to clean up. For me, that part was hands down, the funniest part of what I felt was an otherwise generic and mostly unfunny episode. Seriously, best part. lolol For what it's worth, I thought the music and montage near the end weren't half bad. |
| More than comical, sometimes the narrative seemed just crazy, but at least if you saw something different. Many references are directed to the Food Wars, however, they could better manage the characters. Beautiful designs, the principal remains my favorite character. ASD Today the chocolate was only for girls. LOL |

| First half reminded me of Mystery Food X of Persona 4 and the principal pulled a Sephiroth in the second half. At least she had a better reason. Very funny episode. |

| Will Akane get Nagisa's chocolate and redirect the asteroid, will Akane pass out from toxic chocolate torture and the asteroid goes off rails, or will the Earth get destroyed from the world's most petty game of chicken? I have to admit, I've never seen this kind of setup before. I'm impressed. |
