Should I watch FMA?

greetings,, so first off i would like to say i'm new here so forgive me if i have posted this in the wrong place. anyways, a few close friends have been recommending this series to me, and although i trust their judgement, i am unsure as to whether or not this would be for me. I have heard plenty of great things about it, and it seems increasingly popular, but the art style throws me off and it just looks too silly for me. any opinions will be respected and encouraged,, please let me know!

Yes, it's actually one of the best things out there. I recommend you start with the 2003 series, then the movie Conqueror of Shamballa, then Brotherhood. They won't disappoint and both the series are equally awesome ! (also try to watch in dub as it is one of the best ones out there)
