| oh, yukimura is a pretty cool character, at lot more likeable than any other character in this show so far at least.... his ~tragic backstory~ wasn't really necessary though lol. |

They must want to deliver the reveal in a more dramatic fashion. Yuki's friendship and trust issue felt extremely cliched. Not to mention how easily Hotaru became friends with him. She might not read Ero-manga, but she probably reads a lot of Shoujo/Shounen series to pull them dialogues off precisely. The battle was over pretty quickly, but I guess those Greyhound guys were probably all bark and no bite. Hopefully the next ones will be more tensed. Average episode. The S&M manga part was easily the best scene. Yuki's pen name is a bit too feminine though. THANK YOU my EXACT feelings. The fight tbh was very underwhelming in length and overall quality. Also disappointing as it strengthened my belief that this isn't going to be a accurate representation of airsoft at all. Especially the fact they can cheat and no referee watching from afar or camera to even call him out. the fact they are known for it should mean they are no let in to the venue to start with. |

Melee depends on who you are playing with. the rules etc. They do vary. Melee in many is not allowed due to inherent danger of injury, knocking off masks etc. Blind fire is also banned in some groups similarly due to unnecessary pain induced from someone that is already hit. Those that allow it are slight taps with plastic/rubber melee weapons. I haven't heard of any real disarming or similar maneuver being allowed. Quite frankly that can be pretty dangerous too since it is easy to turn it in to a struggle and hence injury. |

| Episode 2 :: Vol. 1, Ch. 02 HAHAHA. I held my manga about the entire time I was watching this. The dub is pretty accurate with the translations here. And I remembered who Matsuoka's voice actor reminded me of: Yukki's voice actor. HAHAHA. It's sort of like listening to Chris Patton talk to himself. Looks like we're going to be combining chapters in this next episode! |
