Template problem

The top image is the following:

It's in this line

Every time I try to replace it with a new image (which I have done before), it turns like this: http://gyazo.com/a4bacbb350db7e6ae3f26c1f21c65092

I don't understand, the image is exactly the same size, why is it throwing off the whole template?
