| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The food focus is dashi! Man, I wanna make proper dashi sometime. Not that powdered stuff. Wish it was possible to watch this subbed. The animation is quite goofy but the English voice acting is very uninspired. Jokes fall flat. |

| It was nice to see a realistic take of cooking competitions. The dynamic just wasn't the same without the children there this episode. |
