This layout is custom CSS. I styled it similar to the one I was replacing, but updated it with a Jibril theme and added several new features- like Hahaido's pink tab menu, and gradient colors for the headers, and custom welcome quote! And as you can expect from me, I included many notes in the code and made sure it would be easy to customize for others in the future! Customizing You can change the quote at the top "Welcome back Master!" to whatever you want. Just change the content text under "BANNER MESSAGE" to change the custom quote, or delete the line for no text. Covers and hover tags can be conveniently added to this list, I'd recommend this topic. The only real background image is Jibril, the rest of the layout are CSS codes and colors you can customize how you want.
