Import Problem: Internal Server Error

Hello. I keep getting an Internal Server Error importing my list. I've cleared my cookies and cache, waited another day and also already changed each of this:

<update_on_import>0</update_on_import>

<update_on_import>1</update_on_import>

on every single title ofc using the "replace all" function. Any help?

I get the same error... Chrome and Firefox

I removed the comments from the xml and it worked
