Anyone out there gullible enough to buy FF13-2 for PC?

I bought FF13 for pc.

I have an i5 2500k overclocked to 3.7 ghz and a GTX 780 Poseidon video card, and I get 20 fps at 720p on FF13.

They CLAIM it will be fixed by december, but I'm skeptical.

Anyone out there more optimistic than me?
