Will I be able to play back 10bit?

Hey guys,

I'd like to build a "mini-pc" in my living room, which should be connected with a HDMI to my 1080p television. The "mini-pc" should be able to play back files like this one:

Now the question, will this(http://hardkernel.com/main/products/prdt_info.php) little friend with Linux/Android(probably?) be able to play back without stuttering and stuff? Or will it explode? :D

Or should I better take a better one like this? (http://hardkernel.com/main/products/prdt_info.php?g_code=G140448267127)
