As of Nov 23rd, only its continuity has been completed. The animation and voice & SE dubbing are still undone yet.

Because Shaft is putting almost all of their resources into the revision for DVD & Blu-ray. They redrew hundreds of scenes of Suruga Monkey vol.3 and hundreds more to come with Nadeko Snake vol.4. As a result,

Bakemonogatari DVD & BD vol.4-6 Delayed
According to the official website, the release of the DVD and Blu-ray of Bakemonogatari volume 4, 5, and 6 was announced to be delayed by one month on account of the production schedule.

New release dates:
vol.4: Jan 27th
vol.5: Feb 24th
vol.6: Mar 24th

...and it's not like I have some super fast internet service without any limit... 10 GB per month is too cruel... and BDrippedmonogatari is like 600 mb each.

Curse you SHAFT... Just finish the undone episodes already before redoing episodes and making them even cooler; which only makes myself jealous of unlimited internet services...;_;

I'm happy they are making the show even better, but having to wait so long for any kind of resolution is going to drive me insane.
I knew something like this was going to happen when they announced that crazy schedule.

This is one of my favorite animes and it is pissin' me right the hell off that they would basically tell the fans to screw off for a few months while they redo everything for blu-ray. Anyone with me?

Not really, seeing as they were good enough to do this whole web-episode thing in order to ensure we got the series at its best, instead of a reduced twelve episode run. It's annoying, sure, but It's not going to kill me.
Your search on "Oran Solus" returned the following quotes:
"Oran Solus? I know him. What a wanker. He still owes me a tenner." Oscar Wilde
"Oran, you're so intelligent and awesome <3" Bakayaro
"Oran's sexy." LolitaDecay
"Oran is a sophisticated penguin." Drybananna
"Oran is a Hand-Eye you faggots." EddieSpaghetti
"Oran for Prime Minister." the_prime_one
"Oran is all that is stated in his sig and more." orbitzz

^yeah. They didn't have to make the web episodes at all. This series could have ended with episode 12. I would rather wait months for a continuation then have nothing at all.

They make money with the BD (which sells very well, that's great to hear), not with people like us who didn't spent a cent on the show. It seems logical to me they will focus on their source of income.

Well put. I personally wait anxiously for episode 14, but I can wait if it means max quality. After all, Nadeko Snake turned out so well with the time they were given...

Come to think about it, because they stopped airing them on tv and on schedule, dvd sales went way up. Because I'm paranoid, it could be a conspiracy for all I know.

If i am SHAFT, I would finish Bakemonogatari first and then work on the DVDs. This is why the popularity is dropping...

But, I guess they just want to make a better job of it by seling all the DVDs first and then work on the missing eps peacefully. The only problem is that we are the one who is suffering... T_T

So is there any news on episode 14 whatsoever? Or is the show still in the state dtshyk mentioned up there from November?

I'd LOVE to finish this before the one year anniversary of episode 1.

14 and 15 are still not out yet. The DVD release dates are still the same on Amazon, so it looks like things are still on schedule though.

And I was wondering why it was taking so long. I better not continue to watch it until the all the ONA are out.
I am getting the impression there are less project this year and more retard?

That's good to hear, I don't mind the wait at all. I was just worried that they decided to drop it because of production issues because the show wasn't popular enough or something.

What are these last 2 eps. supposed to be? The show clearly ends at 12, and 13 feels as if it's starting a new arc.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are commercial reasons for the delay. No one expected Bakemonogatari to be so successful, so it makes some sense to keep the series "on-going" as they release the DVDs/BDs (that way, interest won't taper off as they release the last discs several months later).

Director Shinbo said in the interview that the second online episode will be completed by the end of next week (around Feb 20).

Source: Bakemonogatari official website

I guess "completion" doesn't mean "start of streaming". It'll take some more days to prepare the streaming site and the data encoding.

Its nice that we're finally hearing something about the show now. I feared that the next episode wouldn't come out for months. Well, at least there's something to look forward to around the end of the month.

They must be making hentai version of Bakemonogatari and they masturbate while drawing the animation so they were delayed so long.

They have about a month until the last DVD/BD is supposed to come out, so I'd say they have that much time; They can't really postpone it again. Well, I suppose they can, but they should want not to.

They should buy themselves a better encoding computer or hire a real encoder for this. Maybe they already did and that's why it'll take a few days?
