Didn't realise that doing a comparison with just the most popular anime series or anison (or something stupid as doing an apples with oranges comparison... aka comparing mainstream songs with anison), was a valid way of determining if Love Live! was popular or not. Maybe if you did a comparison with a larger sample size, you'd find that Love Live! is incredibly popular. So, I would have to agree with what Kaioshin_Sama said there before, about people being in denial. All the evidence that points to Love Live! being popular is available in plain sight. I guess this is the same MAL, that thinks any anime that didn't sell over 10k discs or near SAO or Madoka or Bakemonogatari sales, is automatically a failure or not even popular. |
