| The phone I most often use at home is a Western Electric Model 302, and I'm fortunate to have the ivory thermoplastic version. Most are black. It has all the features that any phone needs - a reliable rotary dial, robust internal circuitry, and a transmitter and receiver that are practically indestructible. Though made in the 1950s, it is a 1930s design, and one of the best telephone designs of all time. (Yes, I'm serious. I passionately detest cell phones. Though this technology may not be fundamentally evil, our society has serious etiquette issues regarding these abominable devices. Until people learn that they do not have the right to expect their friends, family members, or co-workers to be reachable at any time of the day or night, I refuse to jump on the cell phone bandwagon. In the meantime, I'll stick with my rotary dial dinosaur and the ultra-reliable land line.) |

| Windows Phone - Nokia Lumia 1020 Chose this phone due to it's 41MegaPixel Camera, But now after having gotten sometime to adjust to the windows phone's interface, I prefer it over android or the overly simplified iOS from Apple. Another Bonus you get with the windows Phone is "Cortana", The "siri" of the windows phone, My personal opinion is that Cortana is superior to Siri..[Shots fired] |
