| I'm guessing sooner or later we'll see quite a few enemies who will surpass Meruem on this continent. They sent Netero to deal with Meruem even though who was no longer the strongest hunter. Also Beyond may surpass his father's prime(which we haven't even seen yet). It'll make logical sense if some of creatures in the Dark Continent surpass Meruem in terms of strength(though they'll probably lack Nen) cause like someone said before, he was probably from an inferior race of ants and the beasts are probably even stronger than the ants. Though I would of loved the idea that Meruem could of conquered the world had he not learned compassion and other emotions, not been poisoned and continued to evolve and that humanity was just lucky. Though the rankings for who is the top 5 hunters haven't been shown and he was probably weaker than some or all of the those hunters and Netero, Knov, and Morel were believed to be adequate. Maybe I'm just being a fanboy, but I loved Meruem character development and his exponential growth. Hopefully Togashi gives the future characters great personalities and character development like he did with Meruem without feeling like a repeat of events. |

| To all people debating about Ging's Nen type, the description made by Hisoka about the association between personalities and nen-type would make him an specialist with no argument. http://hunterxhunter.wikia.com/wiki/Nen As of enemies and further ado I'd definitely expect stronger opponents, but that's just obvious since we're also dealing with stronger main characters. I still gotta say that this chapter made me have a higher estimation of the zodiacs' worth, so to speak, specially towards a certain expectation from what Leorio could learn from Cheaddle and Geru; since he's the most incompetent main character Togashi could lift his skills over the situation enveloping this arch... However I am very concerned about Killua and Alluka, it's been some time since they've gone out of the picture and Illumi is not someone to take lightly. |

Gotta say, I really like Pariston more and more. He is a douche full of intriguing intentions, but what the great character! Kurapika is just great. Never doubt his power to deserve a place in the Zodiacs. That being said, I wonder why Leorio is there. I mean, he is no great nen user as far as it has being shown. I'm afraid Togashi will do something to him to give to others characters motif to do stuff. Well, how could I live so long without Togashi's work? |
| I'll go with emitter for Ging. He is really hot-blooded. Just see the election when he fights everyone and last chapters when he was about to punch that guy. |

| Kurapika, you glorious bastard, never leave us again. Great chapter, perhaps my favorite so far. I really don't know what else to add, except I think the Dark Continent arc has had the strongest start of any Hunter x Hunter arc so far. |

| Hard to say who is the traitor...investigation field could be ideal for a spy, so the Horse? Or Bobotai, since he looks faithful and well respected in the association? Kurapika has always been smart and now he's showing it to Pariston and the Zodiac too. Very good that his role is not just eye-retrieval focused. About being the boss of the Nostrad family, I guess I couldn't expect nonetheless from him, he was already the right-hand man before the previous boss began to decline. | Strange... The guys seem to have black bgms on the back while the girls mostly have flowers or feathers behind them, does that mean anything? Pariston is supposedly a guy but also has flowers in his manga panel as a background xD |
