| 188th I wonder if that's enough of a buffer to keep m in the top half by the end? I just know that there are a boatload of Mushishi/JoJo//Ping Pong-using teams below me, and I'm stuck with two out of the less-highly-rated GochiUsa, Kanojo ga Flag and WIXOSS to see those anime out. Having No Game No Life over Mahouka will probably relieve some of that pressure, though, as it should be a mile ahead of everything else, and I imagine a few of the teams I will be facing off against will be lacking it. |

| 171 => 129 => 110 => 86 => 78 => 72 => 61 => 56 => 52 => 46 => 9 => 20 => 17 Just barely avoided a drop. Lost about 8000+ this week on top of 9000+ last week for not having Ishuukan in. Haikyuu still got me 19000+ in week 11 and most likely will outperform Ishuukan in the final week barring a miraculous turn for it, so no regrets. I just hope Mushishi doesn't all of a sudden does better than my weakest (and ironically in the beginning of the season what everybody thought would be the strongest anime) anime Mahouka. Good luck to all and here's to a all time highest FAL finish for me! (^.^( |

| This is the highest I'm going to get this season. Haikyuu is 30,000 points better than every title except NGNL, Mekakucity, and Black Bullet next week, so no team is safe. Expect huge ranking upsets in the final week, per usual. |

A mention or heavy implication of home video release is the deciding factor that we've used in this and previous seasons of FAL. Streaming is an excellent way of test-driving a show, but without a mention of home video rights it is too ambiguous what the licensing company's intentions are. FUNimation is a good example - sometimes they'll get home video rights right away (like they've done with this summer's Free: Eternal Summer and Tokyo Ghoul). However, usually they first only acquire streaming rights, then later on use the series' watching numbers to decide whether to pursue home video rights. It is possible that other licensing and distribution companies use a business model with similarities to this. Or perhaps negotiations for home video rights are still in progress, and the company can only make public certain information. The news sources for those Aniplex and Madman license acquisitions only mentioned streaming rights, unfortunately, so that is why several series did not get points for that this week. |
