Well, that answered some questions. We still don't know what is at the core of those mechs (I suspect lightless parts of some sort).

Can't really make any sense of this but it's kinda morbid and creepy. Who the hell is Charon and Garon anyways >.>

About that plot twist , yes as that mad scientist said is was surprisingly simple I was easy to figure out when Sable appeared .

Yeaaah...just gonna back away nice and slowly now. This is becoming a complete freak show, the truth behind LIM is so demented. Really can't stand that freako bongo scientist guy, he's got me laughing out of disbelief and horrified at the same time. But I'll bet he was touched in the head by all of this at some point too. Now that the truth is out, I wonder if Sasame will be crystallizing and turning into an LIM in the future as well.

Their bodies seem to have recovered from the necrometal infection while they're suspended in the LIM capsule, if Aoshi is any indication. I don't know if that means they're technically still alive at this point.
