| That cruel, to introduce a character background then immidiately kill her in a brutal way :/ But it was well done in my opinion, the switching between the scene where she was confused and when she came back to her sense to see that she was screwed. Nagate is really hated. And now it will be worse because of all that attention xD He really is traumatized by Yamato death and more by the gauna transformation, not that he don't have the reason to :P It's weird to see the masked girl one time acting normal (as a nurse) and after acting as a complete robot (as the commandant). I wonder how Yamato death will impact the story. If the gauna transform again, will he be able to annhilate it? |

| the world building seems to be a little rushed. The Sidonia universe has a lot of untapped potential. I'm still hoping this anime will pull through. Looks like Nagate has a harem going for himself XD. RIP Yamano, we barely knew ye. |

| This will probably end up being my AOTS, unless it fucks up. So far it is brilliant, love the visual direction even though its CGI, it fits and works real well with the atmosphere/setting. Excellent sound design as well. I like how they built up Yamano and just killed her off :> unless she's alive somehow? Too bad most people can't see the brilliance in shows like this, hopefully this is a hit in Japan. |

| 5/5 This then go back and start again, with moments of explanation which goes beyond the defining moment, I liked very much. I managed to get in tune with the world of Sidonia. Great episode, and perhaps despised Nakate is already loved by many. I hope it does not come to the harem though. The opening and very beautiful, even the OST is not far behind. Narration by real mecha anime, the plot there are many dark sides that raise the attention and interest. The CG of Polygon Pictures out of place when it comes to the characters, the rest did Arpeggio school, I already got used to everything. I look forward to following the next. Poor Eiko, a little unpleasant, but sorry it's so dead, but now comes another doubt be revealed ... * w * |

| I like how he's having problems throwing up..it seems to make his character and the circumstances a bit more believable. My god that nurse outfit with glasses. @.@ With all these girls at the end it's starting to feel like a harem coming on O.o. Can't wait to watch the next episode. That talking bear..is such a novelty. xD Since they hardly show her it always make me pause. Haven't gotten used to her yet. |

| Wow. There's so much positive reviews in this series that it's almost strange. Well, the Animation got better, that's a given. The characterization is good, but very very generic and boring. Esp with the white hair dude and the green hair chick. THe plot are hinting at a few intriguing things right now, so... I will stay. |

| WTF?! They are living on the spaceship yet creators didn't give a thought how that would change their personalities. They are behaving like this was some ordinary high school on the Earth. Such petty quarrels and no discipline. And MC is the worst. Pathetic. This is lame. I don't like Izama being both genders, it's obvious trap for sake of fanservice. WTF talking bears on the ship? Rectal and urinal outlets? o_O Those weird things are really putting me away from this anime. Low framerate is still hurting my eyes to the point it's not even funny anymore. |

You're obviously not used to the sci-fi genre haha Apparently, Sidonia's the most normal in the mangaka's works. And, the tri-gender thing is just a sci-fi plot device. It's not special or anything. Just adds to the futuristic mood. |

I like when characters are acting logical and I like when the world is believable. So far, those talking bears are just random jokes for me. Tri-gender are fine by me as genetics in space goes I just don't like those overtones they are using to draw an attention to it (really, it's fanservice to fans who will do the shipping) The same applies to those suits with concept of something being put somewhere. |

| How am I supposed to feel about an arrogant girl who appeared a few times in episode 1 and 2. We get to see some of her past and how she became a pilot, but her death became nothing, she just died for the sake of dying. The gauna looks like a spaghetti monster Of course the teachers or guardians are not batting a single eye to bullying, thx a lot Why would the female locker room have no doors, it was completely accessible. |

| Loving the episode!! It seems Tanikaze has been getting popular lately. Even had a peak with the girls!! The suits were kinda disgusting tbh. So all you have to do is relive yourself within the same suit? :O Can't wait to see more Sidonia action in the next episodes! |
| Got a little action in the beginning of this one. Not much, but it makes me excited to see more! And wow, I didn't expect it to go that way with Yamano right off the bat. So far, other than Nagate, I'm not really getting attached to any characters yet. Izana is getting close though! Such great potential, but can't tell yet if it's going to blow me away or leave me disappointed. Only one way to find out! 4/5 |

| Hmm. Having a Type-17 VR machine and being very good at it makes me think that Nakase's grandfather is actually the hero of the 4th Gauna Defense who rode Tsugumori. Damn, he's good. After so many life-ending injuries, he managed to wake himself up. The plot will explain it, I suppose. That bear lady, too. They revealed slightly tsundere girl's backstory and kills her off. She hates people who get the easy way in so she became the first one who gets eaten in a century. RIP Eiko, I guess. She gave Nagate PTSD lel. Genetically modified plant people who only needs to eat once a week? Sounds very convenient. The future really is wonderful. Seeing the flustered faces of the ladies using the built-in catheter was kind of arousing. I shiver when I saw Nakase getting hooked up by it though ~-~ Safety cable testing can lead to great finds, it seems :3 That nurse awfully looks like the Captain. Rawr~ Nakase with fukukaichou made Shinohase jealous. Sephiroth-kaichou is even more so, after being rejected by the Elite 4 and that interested girl xD |

| Damn, terrible way to go for Yamano. Last minute flashback worked in this case. Sad. The mangaka should've killed off one of the pink haired clones, there are too many of them xD Wasn't the only uncomfortable scene this episode. I'm used to place catheters, but not like this :S Izana's face and her expressions are amusing to look at and she ain't the only jealous one. Pretty much everyone seems to have an eye on Nagate. Was a good follow up episode, I'm really interested in what's going on. |
