So, I don't think he can just end it with one chapter. The biggest problem regarding this hiatus imo is the fate of the anime. A lot of wasted potential and money here ._. |

| god this shit makes me sad. He totally DID fuck up the anime, there's no way with his work pace that the anime will be able to continue going on even if he did start, it will inevitably catch up, and soon. And as of right now, I doubt he IS going to start. No plans or announcements, and sadly in his world, that'd be a big deal to actually do a chapter in his world when we got weekly's. Now, he's given a lot to the community, so I can't hate him, as I love his series, but...it just seems he has no legitimate reason and is kinda taking advantage of his position. I mean, HxH is one of the most popular manga/anime. I just REALLY, REALLY, hope people's predictions of him not even ending it (or even correctly, without any effort or marvelous planning / too quickly) , because that sure would BLOW. His only other big manga anime is Yu Yu Hakusho, which I loved btw. And a looot of fans are saying that HxH has definitely superseded that. At one point I begged to differ, but he totally thought outside of mainstream shounen ideals. But.. if he ends it with no real ending, he'll totally FUCK this up. it almost just seems like he wants to kick back and just crank out a little work every couple of years when he needs the extra cash. I hope he starts taking HxH more seriously again. |
