Please discuss the featured one-shot here.

Did you enjoy it? Was it too short for your taste? What did you think of the characters or story line? Hope that it becomes more than a one-shot? Anything like this happen to you? Etc. Have fun with it :)

I read this several months ago, I thought it was pretty good but it was one of those first yuri mangas I tried. I know where Tehno was coming from when she was complaining about how lesbian characters are often treated. Shouko comes off as a pervy molester even though Miho is a tease. When I reread this just now I dont think I liked it as much as the first time. Im not sure how I feel about it now.

I personally enjoy reading it because the dilemma that was played out in this story help brought up an interesting lesson when handling a real-life relationship. I also end up writing a MAL review for this series. ^^

I like the fact that the entire one shot was about building a story around sexual tension rather than inserting the UST in the middle or end.

And it's completely refreshing to see yuri where the love extends beyond hand-holding and blushing. These girls actively desire one another.

It's a pretty good "first time" story and it addresses the issue of being a teenager and being terrified of sex. Sometimes characters are all too willing to jump in the sack, but the taller girl clearly illustrated that not only is she scared to take it to the next level, even though she wants to, she's also afraid that she will make her girlfriend's first time a bad one.

So other than being afraid of sex, she's afraid of being bad at it.

It was sort of sexy/tragic when the shorter girl literally got so sexually frustrated that she jumped her girlfriend and was willing to take her right then, right there. I felt kind of bad for the both of them because they want to express their desire and love for one another and either are doing it in the wrong ways or can't do it at all.

Nice though safe resolution. I wish there was a follow up story, so we could see if they ever get past that bump in the road.

And wow, that short girl sure can sweat.

I have to disagree with you Nomi, I believe its more of a one-sided *true* love here. I don't believe the tease girl (I cant remember her name) wants to move forward with their relationship. I have been in a situation like this before, where all I wanted to do is prove my love to someone but they never sent the same emotion back, they just wanted to tease and have fun kissing at what-not. Nothing serious, just... a phase. Maybe she was afraid of going further, I'm pretty sure that's what it was, but she never had intentions to make a serious relationship out of it, thus I don't think this girl means it either. In fact I don't like her for beating around the bush. It's rather annoying and she shouldn't mess around with the other girls feelings.

Thats my two cents anyway.

It was okay, I wanted to see more... action, but it had to had feelings and drama, otherwise it would have been kinda emotionless.

To which I'd apply a real life situation where in fact I've seen someone ruin their relationship accidentally because they were so terrified of sex and could only do such things as play around.

While I don't discredit that interpretation, the other girl simply playing around for a bit and not committing because it would mean being serious about her relationship, I don't think that's what was meant to be shown in this one-shot.

I don't think she was being a tease so much as her teasing was bravado. If she took the stance of the aggressor, of the manipulator, of the one in control of their sex lives, then:

1. She not only has a mask to hide behind, through which she can imply, "See? I'm not afraid of this at all."

and

2. She actually gains said control over the relationship and can guide it to the safer waters where she won't have to step up and move forward. She can keep them in that stationary position until she felt that she could be brave enough to take the next step.

But that's how I see it. I don't think she intentionally meant to lead the other girl on. In fact, in her head, she must have thought that just kissing and promises of sex would be enough for the other girl, but she had no idea that her girlfriend was actually the aggressive and adamant one willing to force start their sex lives.

I think I sympathise with the taller girl because I also been somewhat in her position. I'm very playful and nonchalant in real life when it comes to my relationships, and I got rejected because the other person thought I didn't care about them more than as just a friend. Which was far from the truth. So my inability to express myself in a serious fashion led to such a misunderstanding. The one I liked started dating some other person and lamented to me (after I said that I did in fact like them) that they took someone else because they thought a relationship with me would never happen.

I think that's what's the tall girl's problem in this. Her inability to articulate her physical desire for her girlfriend made it seem like she didn't love her or want her. Fortunately for her, that shorter girl has some patience. I don't doubt that some day they'll consummate their relationship, which is why a follow up story would be nice, but Yoshitomi Akihito never does follow ups.

Would like more of this.. tis a gd one shot to be fair..

And i agree with tehno on that argument thing.. i think that the taller girl just isnt perpared at the moment, as at the one point that the smaller girl gets on top of her, which then let to her crying as she wasnt mentaly prepared for what was going to happen

Wow, I think this is the first time I have seen a lesbian rape scene that didn't end with one girl continuing despite the protestations and ending in a declaration of love....

Oh wait, there was the one that was interrupted in Shoujo Sect...

That's pretty convincing... I suppose it could be like that. And maybe the girl I liked was the same as you, and I just ended up not being patient enough. I just really doubt it. Girls that can't express their feelings well just.. I guess they just don't work for me.. I have to have some proof she likes me and wants to be with me or Ill get aggravated.
