Pic is halloween-ish, no doubts about that. But c.c. is not dressed as a witch, she's just wearing a normal black dress to me °_° she doesnt even have a witch hat to be "seen as witch". Since she's a famous chara, she have way better and more halloween-ish pics with a full-body dressed costume! pic needs to be changed
