If you meant my avatar, it's Yuuko from xxxHolic. The series is a supernatural/philosophical/a bit comedy, about a boy named Watanuki who can see ghosts and they're attracted to him and most of the ghosts want to eat him. He ends up in a shop where the owner, Yuuko, is a witch who grants wishes in return for a price. So Watanuki ends up working for the shop and in return Yuuko suppresses whatever is making the ghosts go after him.
The series in general is philosophical and can be at times funny and lighthearted, but at others really dark, since it mostly deals with fate/free will & other similar themes. The manga series has a main plot that progresses nicely, imo, and can get really complicated at times, but it's really good. The anime, however, is episodic and mostly deals with the cases Yuuko receives; it's still good and worth watching :>
BTW, xxxHolic means "addicted to xxx" (the xxx standing for any addiciton the person might have, since most customers Yuuko receives are addicted to something and she gets the task to relieve them from it, somehow).
Now if you meant the main pic on my profile page (sorry for the rambling ^^"), it's Natsume from Natsume Yuujinchou, which I noticed you have it on your Plan to Watch list, and a good choice :D Both the manga and anime are similar, and mostly episodic. Mainly a philosophical/slice-of-life series, and judging from your list I think you'll love the series ^o^

ou should put the titles of the anime/manga from where the characters in the pictures belong. I'm always trying to find that out on the following replies but sometimes there is no information related to it...
there's no need for that.
you (the members) vote for the picutre you like most, not the anime itself. it'd be unnecessary work for me. I believe you get what I mean
