List of Plot Holes

I just felt like listing all the plot holes within this anime. Feel free to answer any of them if I just happened to miss something or contribute any other ones that you found. Also, obviously SPOILERS.

1) The cat statue that gives what you don't need to someone else no longer accepts wishes for no explained reason.
2) Tsukiko met Youto before the meeting on the hill (when she wore a mask), yet she acted like they never met before.
3) Where did Emi get a statue that grants wishes, and how come this statue allows her to wish directly to the large cat statue.
4) It's implied that Youto loses his memories after a certain amount of time or if that person they made memories with no longer exists in his life. How come he stopped seeing Tsukiko before the start of the show since it was stated that he loved her (from the times where Tsukiko wore a mask) causing him to lose his memories.
5) It's shown that after the sisters came back to their mother, they probably lived together for awhile with Youto until the mother died. How come neither sister remembers Youto. Also, what caused Youto to eventually drift completely away from the sisters after the mother's death.
6) The mother once told Youto that there are 2 deities: the one that gives and the one that takes and gives to another. However, the second deity takes form only as the cat statue on the hill, which was created by Tsukushi in a later point in the story. This forms a error in the sequence of events.

2) If you paid attention, she said she wouldn't give any hints, so she that's why she acted like she never met him before. Saying "Hey, long time no see" kinda gives it away.
3) Where did Tsukushi get her stony statue? She made it herself, so it wouldn't be too far fetched to assume Emi did as well.
4) I don't think he stated he loved the girl with the mask, if that's what your saying. And if you're saying why didn't he meet up with the girl after their second meet up, well it could be a thing they want to bring up in the second season.
5) Again, probably something the producers want to bring up in the second season.
6) Maybe that's the legend, the true Stony Cat grants the wishes, but a replica has a side affect because of 1. It's not the original statue and 2. it's mobility.

1) oh and a possibility is that it's creation (if you're talking about the cat statue on the hill) was created by Tsukushi's wish, and after Tsukushi confessed everything on the hill during the "fight" between her and Youta, the wish was granted, thus, the statue fulfilled it's purpose and was now nullified.
