Damn, that was a pretty crazy episode. It answered a lot of my questions from previous arcs and brings forth a bunch of new mysteries as well. I'm probably going to spend a long time speculating and trying to decipher the truth.

If the corpse in the beginning was the uncle's, that means someone dug it up and tortured it.

My question is, did Keichi really commit the murder? How could he be in the festival at the same time? I hope this will be brought up in the end, because I'm racking my brain to find the answer.

At 19:00 how did he even fall through the bridge railing..?

This. Also, we still don't know if/how Keichi's doppelganger was at the festival.

Poor Satoko being there and literally boiling herself.

Coach is dead? Was it really a suicide? I hardly believe that. Even Oishi is missing now. It seems like Keiichi can really curse anyone in this reality.

WTF. Why is Rika dead? Her corpse is being feasted upon by the crows so her body must have been there for quite a while it seems. Throwing the axe was a pretty stupid move since he would definitely look like the killer from Satoko's viewpoint.

Satoko thought Keiichi wasn't 'Keiichi' but some kinda evil entity. Keiichi wished for all of Hinamizawa to be dead at the last moment and lo and behold, it came true.
